WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
We will be in touch with you within 2-3 business days of order placement. From there, it depends on order complexity and response time. Once we have approval to print, you can expect your order in your hands within 1-2 weeks. From start to finish, the overall average turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.
IS THERE A STANDARD TIMEFRAME FOR THE RSVP DEADLINE?
While this may vary based on the requests of your venue and caterer, the standard RSVP deadline is 2-4 weeks before the wedding.
CAN I ADD OR OMIT DINNER CHOICES?
Yes, please specify this in the comment section.
CAN I INCLUDE INFORMATION ON THE BACK?
Yes, you can add text to the back of your stationery free of charge. Just specify this in the comments section.
CAN I INCLUDE CUSTOM WATERCOLOR ON JUST THIS PIECE?
It is important to first note that if you purchase a wedding invitation and include custom watercolor, we will add your watercolor to other pieces in the suite free of charge. However, if you are only looking to purchase this piece and would like to add custom watercolor to match your event, we do offer this at $100 nonrefundable charge. If desired, please specify this in the comments section and we will be in touch with you.
CAN I CHANGE ANY OF THE FONTS OR TWEAK ANY PART OF THE DESIGN?
We will adapt the design to fit your information in the most aesthetically-pleasing way, but cannot swap out fonts, enlarge text, or make changes to any other critical part of the design.
CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR OF ANY OF THE FONTS?
While we don’t recommend this, we will consider text color changes if requested. The color must be chosen from our color chart. If desired please specify this in the comments section.
CAN I ORDER THIS PIECE FOR ANOTHER (NON-WEDDING) EVENT?
Of course! Just keep in mind that we can replace text, but cannot modify critical parts of the design.
Text, graphics, and the back of invites can be color-customizable.
As all monitors display colors differently, your final prints may not match what you see on your screen. Please reference our printed color sheet (available with our sample set) when deciding on color.
1. EDIT:
Once your order is placed, we will be in touch via email within 2-3 business days, with a customized proof of your order.
2. REVIEW:
Once we deliver a customized proof to your inbox, we ask you to do a review and respond with any moderate changes. Please keep in mind we are unable to change anything relating to the chosen design (i.e. swapping out fonts, enlarging text, etc); However, you may wish to tweak wording, spelling, or colors. We do require email responses to be made within 3 business days, so that we can be as timely as possible in delivering your order. If response time takes longer than 5 business days, we will invoice at $25/day.
We offer two complimentary rounds of revisions. Beyond this number, we will invoice each revision at $25/revision. If you are unsatisfied after two rounds of revisions, we will fully refund your order.
Before we begin printing your order, we will ask you to take a final review and give signed approval. Revisions for typos at this time are exempt from the $25 per extra revision fee.
3. DELIVER:
Once we start printing, you can expect your order in your hands within 2-3 weeks!
If you are unsatisfied after two rounds of revisions to your order, we will fully refund your order. 3+ revisions will result in $25/revision. Any custom watercolor charges cannot be refunded. Any cancellations after three rounds of revisions will be refunded at 75% of the order, excluding watercolor charges. Once the proofs have been approved and the production process has been started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Our Classic Felt paper has a luxurious feel and smooth finish, producing a quality, timeless option for your invitation. Weight is 130# Cover/352 GSM.
Our Organic paper is an innovative paper boasting a rich, saturated color palette. It has a starchy finish for a distinctive textured surface. Due to this texture, keep in mind that the text is not as crisp as it is on our Classic Felt and Recycled paper. Weight is 100# Cover/270 GSM. It is FSC certified and made with wind power.
Our Recycled Paper is manufactured from 100% post consumer waste with a bright white matte finish. Due to the recycled nature of this paper, you may see visible flecks of paper fibers in your finished press product. Weight is 130#/324 GSM. It is FSC certified that is biodegradable, recyclable, and acid free.
The double-thick option provides an especially elegant, luxurious feel. It is sure to leave an impactful impression on your guests.

Upon checkout, you will be directed to a form to fill out with personal and wedding details. Here you will be able to download an excel template (in this format) for recipient and return addressing.
