General Return Policy
General product returns, excluding customized stationery, are accepted within 30 days of purchase date if the products are unused and in their original packaging. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please contact us via our contact form or reach out to our email, larissaandtami@easttoweststudio.com to start a return.
Stationery Cancellation Policy
If you are unsatisfied after two rounds of revisions to your (buyer’s) order, we (East to West Studio, LLC) will fully refund your order. 3+ revisions will result in $25/revision, which will not be refunded. Any custom watercolor charges will not be refunded. Any cancellations after three rounds of revisions will be refunded at 75% of the order, excluding watercolor and revision charges.
Once the proofs have been approved by the buyer, the order cannot be cancelled.
Stationery Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of stationery, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
TYPOS AND ERRORS:
East to West Studio, LLC is not responsible for errors on printed stationary that were previously approved during the design process. Be sure to review your (buyer’s) proofs carefully for spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and grammar. We (East to West Studio, LLC) would be happy to accommodate you (the buyer) with reprints at a discount in the case of an error found upon delivery.
COLORS AND COMPUTER MONITORS:
Returns based on color are not accepted. All computer monitors are different, so your printed stationery may not match what you see on your monitor. To ensure accurate coloring, please order a sample set.
Customization Policy
East to West Studio, LLC reserves the right to make final decisions on customized wording on any product(s) designed, produced, or printed by East to West Studio, LLC at our discretion. East to West Studio, LLC reserves the right to withhold or remove our branding on any digital or print copy for any reason as we deem appropriate.
