For any custom stationery that requires us to send proofs, there is a cancellation fee of 25% or $100, whichever is greater, if you cancel your order after your proofs have been emailed. Personalized thank you cards are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
The reason for a cancellation fee is because we put time into creating a custom design for you, and when you place your order we immediately begin working on your project. The design process is included the pricing of our stationary, and after it has been completed we cannot refund that part of the cost.
Once you have approved your proofs and the production process has been started, you cannot cancel your order.
Due to the custom nature of stationery, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Typos and Errors:
East to West Studio is not responsible for errors on printed stationary that were previously approved during the proofing process. Be sure to review your proofs carefully for spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and grammar. We would be happy to accommodate you with reprints at a discount in the case of an error found upon delivery.
Colors and Computer Monitors:
Returns based on color are not accepted. All computer monitors are different, so your printed stationery may not match what you see on your monitor.
